Monday, February 7th, 2011Robert Michelson called 911 at 8 pm on Thursday and asked how much trouble he could get into by growing one marijuana plant. The dispatcher said he could get arrested. Michelson replied thanks and hung up. He made the call from his home in Farmington Connecticut. Police discovered for themselves that the 21-year-old man was growing marijuana.
