This is one of my favourite Clash songs. It’s a delightful little ditty with a rousing sing-along chorus that used to have them pogoing in the aisles at the Regal, Pontefract before the war. I’ve never forgiven those Clash boys for stealing it from me. Here is a fine example of my trademark pukulele technique, which, I have to admit, Joe Strummer used to good effect on many Clash chart toppers….
